Welcome to Sunrise in Salvo, NC! This impressive 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home offers pretty ocean vistas that will exceed your every expectation. From the moment you enter this well-appointed home, you will be captivated by its open and airy layout, broad windows, and soaring ceilings, all of which seamlessly blend the outdoors with the indoors.

The top floor has the kitchen, a sun room, queen bedroom and full bath. An expansive deck provides spectacular ocean vistas. The middle floor features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a den (with sleeper couch). The bottom floor has a queen bedroom, 1.5 baths, game room with pool table and full-size refrigerator + microwave. The 12 ft x 32 ft private pool, hot tub and 2 outdoor showers await outside. Take a walk over the dunes to savor a day at the beach.

Pool season:

Sheets, bed making (minus top bunk beds and sleeper couch) and bath towel sets are included for all stays. Bath towel sets are included for the number of people indicated in the reservation, and each set includes a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth.

Guests to furnish their own cleaning supplies, paper products and beach towels. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap is supplied to guests.

This home has a Sunday turnover and requires weekly units in high season. There is flexibility on check-in day during the low season. There is a keyless entry. Guests will receive a Welcome Guide from Vacation Rental By Owner via e-mail 3 days prior to check-in with their access code.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
