SEMI-SOUNDFRONT Salvo — Wind Over Waves — New for 2024! — With the grace of a mermaid and the heart of a lion, MERLION HAVEN pulls off the ideal balance as a sanctuary of calm and a base for energetic pursuits. Located in an modren community of handsome homes that share a 100’ pier and boat ramp on Pamlico Sound, this six-bedroom/seven-full and one-half bath home is walkable to the ocean beach. The sound and its draw for kiteboarders and windsurfers is effortlessly within reach, too. This is a place where minds soar and life flourishes.

Choosing which body of water to spend your days must include the private pool, surrounded by a picnic table and plenty of new chaise lounges. Work up a sweat shooting hoops at the basketball goal then cool off in the outdoor shower before ratcheting up the competition in the ground level game room. Shoot pool for a while, then wind down with a snack and drink you’ve fixed in the wet bar before watching the Intelligent TV in the den area.
