Our gorgeous 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom vacation home is the ultimate coastal escape, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a calming and indulgent beach hideaway. Appreciate expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and direct access to our wide open beach with the famed Pocahontas shipwreck and snorkel site right in front of our home! We promise you'll feel immersed in the beauty of the Outer Banks from the moment you arrive!

We added high-end finishes, luxury furnishings, and handsome decor throughout. Our luxury home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across six bedrooms, each with plush linens and ample storage. On the top floor, you'll adore gathering in the open-concept living room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, expansive ocean vistas, and a enormous flatscreen TV for movie nights. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need to prepare a Thanksgiving meal, and there's plenty of seating for everybody in the dining room at the bespoke dinner table and breakfast bar.

Coffee bar including French press, Keurig, Kcups, frother, sugar, creamers, blender, rice maker, waffle maker, griddle, and high chair for the little one and much more. Island bar seats 3. Ocean vistas all around.

•Dining Room- Generous bespoke table comfortably seats 12 with expansive oceanfront vistas all around.

•Master King bedroom 1- Plush luxury linens, expansive ocean vistas, a walk in ensuite bespoke tiled shower and flat screen intelligent TV. Slider walkout to top deck.

**Mid level**

•King bedroom 2- Plush luxury linens, ocean vistas, ensuite bath w/tub & shower, flat screen intelligent TV, fan, walk out access to mid level deck.

•Bedroom 6- Two sets of bigger full over full bunk beds, flat screen intelligent TV, enclosed fan. Painless access to game room, hot tub and pool, boardwalk to beach. Pool has gated fence with kid proof security lock.

•Game room with a wet bar, microwave, full size refrigerator #2, pool table, couch, chairs, plenty of games, books, more puzzles. Walkout to pool area and boardwalk to beach.

•Laundry room with new XL washer and dryer. The fenced in heated pool and hot tubs are both right off the lower deck. You are directly on the beach with unobstructed wide open ocean vistas.

We supply:
All linens, beach and pool towels, plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, brand new outfitted kitchen wares. We have complimentary spa packs for shampoos, conditioners, body washes and more for you. We have all new beach umbrellas, beach chairs, Turkish beach towels, body boards, a couple of soft top surfboards, a beach pull wagon, corn hole, and kid and adult beach games.

Outside, you'll find the private pool and hot tub, ideal for relaxing in the sun or relaxing after a day at the beach. We also provide plenty of beach gear for your use, so you can discover the local area and soak up the sun in style. And when you're ready to relax, head to the coffee bar for a fresh cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Brand new walkway from our pool to the beach for painless access! Our beaches here are very wide and uncrowded compared to our northern OBX neighbors. We have one of the most impressive snorkel and dive sites along the entire Outer Banks, with an fantastic history, right in front of our home! The wreckage of a Civil War ship, The Pocahontas, sits just 75 yards out in the waters in 10-15 feet in depth. The Pocahontas ship remains are simple to locate because of the paddle wheel shaft that sticks out of the water. This site is a beginners dive due to its location in a shallow depth. Come discover our magical beaches, the warm ocean, and the charming history of our island.

HOME RULES

1. Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement and provide names and ages of all persons staying in the home. A Security Deposit hold of $1,000 is required to be processed on Guest's credit card. This security hold will need to be processed a week prior to check in, is in addition to your total costs, and is released 14 days after checkout if there are no damages or excess cleaning costs. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per nighttime.

2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the home you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

3. No events. If you host a event with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.

4. No family pets allowed. Sorry. If you bring a pet you will be charged $750.00 plus an additional $500.00 ozone and cleaning fee and will be evicted immediately.

5. Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am.

6. No wet towels or wet clothing on the furnishings.

7. External doors and sliders must remain closed at all times while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Outer Banks, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay.

8. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet.

9. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NO garbage disposal.

10. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide makeup removal wash cloths for this. Makeup will stain the white towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.

11. NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is nearly impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

12. Do not sit on the linens or furnishings after using self-tanning/bronzing products. This may cause stains that result in additional guest charges.

13. Do not spray sunscreen, etc. inside the home or on the porches.

POOL RULES

1. No Glass in/around pool area. We charge $1,000 to drain the pool and remove broken glass. So please No Glass around the pool.

2. No Diving

3. Swim at your own risk.

4. Pool tech will be on property to service pool mid-week of each stay.

5. Pool heat needs 3 days notice and is $600 per week. Available April 1-early June and Sept-Oct 31. During times of extremely low temperatures or high wind, the pool may not heat to what guest believes to be an acceptable temperature. No pool heat refunds will be given due to the pool not heating due to adverse weather conditions.

HOT TUB RULES:

✴No glass near the hot tub area.
✴No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
✴Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✴Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
✴Shower before entering the hot tub.
✴Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
✴Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
✴Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
✴No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
✴Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✴Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
✴Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.
