Pelican Paradise is a handsome four-level home in an ideal Kinnakeet Shores location with painless beach access, a great view, and within walking distance to the Avon Pier, stores, and eateries. You'll catch some charming vistas of the ocean and sound from the enormous, furnished sundeck.

The gourmet kitchen and sizable dining room table will be a great place to appreciate some delicious seafood and trade fun stories about your day. Four of the six bedrooms are roomy main suites, one with a single/double pyramid bunk, and all bedrooms provide comfortable resting places when you need to recharge your batteries.

When you're ready for more fun, play a game on the foosball table or watch a show on one of eight TVs. Appreciate six DVD players (one Blu-ray player) for some thrilling entertainment. This home is complete with a huge concrete sundeck, poolside furnishings, and a six-foot-high privacy fence.
