Let the games begin on the first level, where a new 65-inch intelligent TV, pool table and wet bar with refrigerator offers hours of entertainment and refreshment. Also on this level is a pyramid bunk bedroom. The home’s middle level is where you will find three more king bedrooms, each with their own bath and intelligent TVs. Two have direct access to a shaded oceanside deck. The last ensuite king bedroom with soaking tub, double vanity, separate shower, and intelligent TV, is located on the top level, just off the huge great room. Here, a ceiling fan circulates above from the vaulted ceilings, cooling the air that drifts in from the wall-to-wall windows supplying unobstructed ocean vistas. There’s a convenient half-bath and a well-equipped kitchen that is thoughtfully designed with the avid prepare in mind.
