Two have direct access to a shaded oceanside deck. The last ensuite king bedroom with soaking tub, double vanity, separate shower, and intelligent TV, is located on the top level, just off the enormous great room. Here, a ceiling fan circulates above from the vaulted ceilings, cooling the air that drifts in from the wall-to-wall windows supplying unobstructed ocean vistas. There’s a convenient half-bath and a well-equipped kitchen that is thoughtfully designed with the avid prepare in mind. Three counter stools inspire early morning coffee and conversation while the eight-seat dining table is where you may be motivated to grow roots over extended family dinners. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
