This four-level flagship gives you the space for enormous gatherings and privacy when you need it. You enter the home from the double driveway and carport where there are two outdoor showers and a astounding private swimming pool. The main bedroom level has four huge bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is a double bunk room, one with two singles and two queen suites with sliding doors to the oceanside deck. Walk up the steps to a humongous great room with home theater system with 52" LCD/HDTV with DVD player and surround sound, vaulted ceilings, skylights and unlimited vistas of the ocean. A sizable kitchen and dining room make this the ideal place for family and friends to stretch out. From the great room you can step outside to the furnished upper deck, relax in the hot tub, or check out the action in the pool down below. Set above the great room are two gorgeous king suites, each with TV/DVDs and their own full bath and private balcony! There's is no place like SUNTANA for your family vacation.

Located in Waves, this vacation home is on the beach. Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best value:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hatteras area. Booking in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
