OCEANFRONT Waves- Sea Isle Hills Dr. Luxury and comfort are the hallmarks of this cavernous oceanfront home. This four-level flagship gives you the space for enormous gatherings and privacy when you need it. You enter the home from the double driveway and carport where there are two outdoor showers and a fantastic private swimming pool. The main bedroom level has four sizable bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is a double bunk room, one with two singles and two queen suites with sliding doors to the oceanside deck. Walk up the steps to a giant great room with home theater system with 52" LCD/HDTV with DVD player and surround sound, vaulted ceilings, skylights and unlimited vistas of the ocean. A huge kitchen and dining room make this the ideal place for family and friends to stretch out. From the great room you can step outside to the furnished upper deck, relax in the hot tub, or check out the action in the pool down below. Set above the great room are two lavish king suites, each with TV/DVDs and their own full bath and private balcony! There's is no place like SUNTANA for your family vacation.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To get the best rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
