A ramp leads from the paved driveway to the first level, where you'll find an elevator that accesses all floors. When you enter on the first level, you'll be greeted by a enormous game room with a pool table, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a 55-inch intelligent TV. This level has a primary bedroom with private deck access, a half-bathroom, and a 46-inch intelligent TV. Soak your worries away while listening to the waves roll in from the hot tub on the covered deck.

Upstairs on the second floor is a lounge area with a 60-inch intelligent TV and comfortable seating for much-needed relaxation. There are four bedrooms on this level - two primary suites with deck access and two others that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs as well. Catch a sunrise with your morning cup of coffee on the covered deck on this level, or curl up with a good book and a salty breeze.

Head up to the top floor and the cavernous living area with two couches, a fireplace, and plenty of seating for your crew. Prepare treasured family recipes in the kitchen with granite countertops, additional cabinet space, and a dining room table. There's also a pub table off the kitchen and bar seating. Also on this floor are another primary bedroom with a roomy bathroom with dual vanities.

Savor gorgeous oceanfront vistas from three levels of decks with Adirondack furnishings. Additional amenities include exterior deck speakers on the top and bottom levels, a Bluetooth adapter for the upstairs and downstairs stereo systems, surround sound systems for both the upstairs and downstairs T.V.s, nine DVD players, an outdoor guest storage room to keep bicycles and beach gear secure, and access to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool. A crate is supplied doe guests traveling with dogs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located in Avon, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Summer months are high season in Avon. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Hatteras vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
