HOME RULES:

✴Must be 24yrs old to rent.
✴Guest must E-sign our rental agreement and submit a 1000$ security hold that will be released upon checkout.
✴MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests allowed. Any guests over 14 is subject to cancellation of reservation.
✴No Family Animals allowed without prior authorization. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000 and subject to immediate eviction.
✴No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guest smoke inside the home, you will be charged a $750.00 for Ozone cleaning fee. Any outdoor smoking must be cleaned up and discarded.
✴No events allowed. Hosting a event with unregistered guests will result in a charge of $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and immediate eviction.
✴Parking: Max of 6 cars allowed on the property. No Street parking allowed.
✴Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
✴Please refrain from placing wet towels or clothing on the furnishings.
✴Keep external doors and sliders closed while the AC is running. Leaving them open can cause the units to freeze and shut down. Repairing AC units during summer can take a week or more,
so we want to ensure you have uninterrupted AC during your stay.
✴Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet.
✴Do not dispose of food or waste in the kitchen sink drain. There is no garbage disposal.
✴Makeup must not be removed using the towels supplied. Makeup remover wipes are available for this purpose. Any towels stained by makeup will incur a charge of $35.00 per towel.

POOL RULES:
✴Keep glass away from the pool area. We charge $1,000 for draining the pool and cleaning up broken glass, so please be careful.
✴No diving allowed.
✴Swim at your own risk.
✴Pool heating is available for an additional $600 per week. Please notify us at least 3 days before your arrival if you'd like to use this service.
✴A pool technician will visit the property to service the pool midway through each stay.

HOT TUB RULES:

✴No glass near the hot tub area.
✴No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
✴Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✴Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
✴Shower before entering the hot tub.
✴Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
✴Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
✴Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
✴No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
✴Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✴Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
✴Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.

There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home only for security reasons and to protect our guests and homeowner.
