OCEANFRONT Salvo - Ocean Street - Cavernous common areas and bedrooms, and top-of-the-line finishes separate this home from the rest. The property has a privacy fence and is located at the end of a peaceful street on the southern end of Salvo only 6 homes from the edge of the national seashore.
An all-level elevator welcomes you to load your bags and groceries to be transported to an upper level with ease. The first level of the home features a king master bedroom with private full bath, as well as the game room with ping pong table, kitchenette with side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator and microwave and granite countertop. Grab a snack and a drink and sink into the couch in front of the flat screen TV. A half bath is shared by the game room and deck to the hot tub with 2 outdoor showers. The pool area is just down the steps from the game room sliders. Pavers surround the pool with plenty of high-quality seating for the group including a picnic table.
The mid-level of the home is where you'll find 3 king master bedrooms each with private bath, one with a handicap friendly roll-in shower, shower seat and grab bars. A pyramid bunk master bedroom with private bath is also found on this level. All bedrooms on this level have vistas of the ocean and access the shaded oceanfront deck.
The theater room is an ideal destination at the end of the day with leather seats and huge, flat screen TV with surround sound.
The final king master bedroom is found on the top level with ocean view, access to the top level deck and private bath with dual vanity and tile shower. The broad great room will take your breath away with vaulted ceilings that reach to the sky and a wall of windows opening the room to blue water vistas. A sizable, flat screen TV is mounted in front of a comfortable seating arrangement with a game table close by. The dining table seats 10 with an additional 4 seats available at the giant breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-appointed with high-end French door stainless steel refrigerator and appliance package, wine refrigerator, and more than ample space for preparing the day's meals.
Step out onto the top level sun deck and perch on a dolphin watch chair to view the Atlantic waters over the deck rail. There is no better place to watch the sun rise with a morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset over the sound in the upper most nook.
