SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves- Sea Isle Hills -
Step away from the hustle and bustle of the city and into the calming island life. Just a private boardwalk from the beach THE HATTERAS HOME will instantly put you in vacation mode. Wide decks greet you at the door, where you can step inside to the first level game room with pool table, wet bar with refrigerator, and a media area with theater seating and TV. Spend some time in the gorgeously landscaped pool area and take a dip in the outdoor private pool with poolside Tiki bar, or take a break in the bubbly hot tub located on the first level deck. Head inside to choose from one of two bedrooms on this level: a queen master and a queen bedroom with painless access to the full hall bath. On the second level, find three more bedrooms, including a king master, and a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two singles, each with simple access to the full hall bath. Nearby is a laundry area with a stand alone freezer for the day's catch. Memories are made with family gatherings in the top level living area with floor to ceiling windows and sizable flat screen TV. Step out onto the deck to take in the ocean breezes with a cup of coffee from the Keurig in the kitchen or have an after dinner chat in the screened porch. Just around the corner, you'll find the private dining area and huge kitchen, as well as a half bath and second laundry area. There's also a roomy king master bedroom on this level. Head to the loft area with pretty vistas of the sound and ocean. Sit back and relax in THE HATTERAS HOME. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)
