The lower level is dedicated to fun and leisure, boasting a rec room with a pool table and wet bar, along with an inviting outdoor swimming pool. Multiple decks provide striking vistas, ideal for unwinding after a long day at the beach or entertaining guests.

An elevator services all levels and a ramp is included in the covered carport, ensuring everybody can savor this remarkable vacation home.
