Welcome to this fantastic home that will have you staying year after year with your appreciated ones! This three-story sound-front home enjoys a prime location within a mile of public access to Rodanthe Beach and a handful of great eateries. Other interesting attractions you can find close by include Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site, Rodanthe Pier Place, Salvo Day Use Area, and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge.

This sizable home is ideal for huge families and groups looking for a breezy and unbeatable place to stay! Outdoor living is like nothing you've seen before! There are multiple decks on the back and front of the home (three sound-front decks), a bubbly hot tub, an enclosed outdoor shower that is ideal for rinsing off, a gas grille for summertime cookouts, and an enclosed pool area with a shining outdoor pool to cool down during the summer months.

The first floor of this beach charmer hosts an entertaining family room with a pool table, a nice seating area with a intelligent TV with streaming options, board games for entertaining evenings at home, a full-size refrigerator to store your goodies, a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a nice bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a intelligent TV, and access to one of the multiple sound-front decks. On the second floor of this idyllic home, you will encounter four well-appointed bedrooms, each one with access to decks, two with intelligent TVs, and three of them with en suite bathrooms.

The third and last floor features the inviting main living space with an airy open floor plan seamlessly combining all spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the bright living room, conveniently furnished with comfortable chairs and a couch, and a giant intelligent TV. Gather here with your family and friends to binge-watch your favorite series or movies! The well-appointed kitchen will please the chef of the group with its modern stainless steel appliances and all the silverware needed to prepare culinary masterpieces that you can appreciate at the formal dining table in the adjoining dining room. This level also features two broad decks, one of them being sound-front, and a primary bedroom with a enormous intelligent TV, deck access, and en suite bathroom.

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hatteras area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
