Just a short walk to the beach, then come back and savor the pool and hot tub. If you’ve had enough of the sun, relax on a comfortable couch with the company of our 46 inch flat screen TV on the 3rd floor or shoot some pool, foosball, or bumper pool in the game room. This home is ideally located near the best surfing spots on the East Coast and is completely equipped to meet all of your comfort and entertainment needs.
This home is ideal for family groups in need of bunk beds and is loaded with amenities! Ideal for church or business retreats, get-togethers, fishing or surf trips, and family getaways. Very kid and adult friendly. The first level features a entirely outfitted game room in including a billiard table, René Pierre Foosball table, bumper pool table, wet-bar/ mini kitchen with additional freezer, and a sitting area with a flat screen TV, as well as a bedroom with a pyramid bunk-bed, a full and half bathroom, and fully equipped laundry room. The second level has four bedrooms each containing two sets of bunk-beds, one of which is a pyramid (double on bottom). Each room has its own deck access with vistas of the sound or the ocean. Head on up to the third level and you will find a cavernous living area with a sizable sectional couch, 46 inch flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound, a solid mahogany dining table that seats 16, the master bedroom, a fresh kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as another closed-off playroom or office for those in need of some privacy.
You will appreciate your stay here!
NOTE: A new bridge has freshly been constructed on the soundside of our home which is not shown in these photos. The bridge lands on the other side of our street, not too far from our home. The view of the sunset over the sound is still handsome, but there IS a bridge there now too! We also expect a bit of increased traffic noise once it is in use.

Strategies for getting the best Rodanthe rental home experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Hatteras area. To find the best value, change your family's Hatteras vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Hatteras area magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides have money saving offers on local tours and attractions.
Selecting the best rental home in the Hatteras area:
- First and foremost, have your group select date ranges and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Fully- Equipped Beach House W\/ Pool, Hot Tub, & Gorgeous Views has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before booking the property. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
- Some properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.
- If there's a specific Hatteras attraction you crave, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of difficulties.
- Lock your rental while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- To make certain that damages are not attributed to your visit, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. message the rental manager immediately to report any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your peace. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
