Just a short walk to the beach, then come back and appreciate the pool and hot tub. If you’ve had enough of the sun, relax on a comfortable couch with the company of our 46 inch flat screen TV on the 3rd floor or shoot some pool, foosball, or bumper pool in the game room. This home is ideally located near the best surfing spots on the East Coast and is entirely equipped to meet all of your comfort and entertainment needs.
This home is ideal for family groups in need of bunk beds and is loaded with amenities! Ideal for church or business retreats, get-togethers, fishing or surf trips, and family getaways. Very kid and adult friendly. The first level features a completely supplied game room in including a billiard table, René Pierre Foosball table, bumper pool table, wet-bar/ mini kitchen with additional freezer, and a sitting area with a flat screen TV, as well as a bedroom with a pyramid bunk-bed, a full and half bathroom, and fully equipped laundry room. The second level has four bedrooms each containing two sets of bunk-beds, one of which is a pyramid (double on bottom). Each room has its own deck access with vistas of the sound or the ocean. Head on up to the third level and you will find a roomy living area with a enormous sectional couch, 46 inch flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound, a solid mahogany dining table that seats 16, the master bedroom, a classy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as another closed-off playroom or office for those in need of some privacy.
You will adore your stay here!
NOTE: A new bridge has newly been constructed on the soundside of our home which is not shown in these photos. The bridge lands on the other side of our street, not too far from our home. The view of the sunset over the sound is still handsome, but there IS a bridge there now too! We also expect a bit of increased traffic noise once it is in use.

Hatteras vacation rental booking tips and tricks:
When to book & When to go:
- In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
- Reserve your Hatteras vacation home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Look for your local Hatteras area magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitors guides have discounts for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- First and foremost, have your group agree to vacation dates and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Fully- Equipped Beach House W\/ Pool, Hot Tub, & Gorgeous Views has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Hatteras rentals search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available on booking pages. If not, email or call the host before reserving your rental. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine what configuration is right for your trip.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or charges applied to your agreement.
- If there's a certain Hatteras beach you are crazy about, browse homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
More tips for your visit:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
- Make a record of any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a great source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a terrific time? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
