The newly squeezed, 3,600 square foot waterfront Tangerine Dream is the vacation bomb. The ground level has good parking, first-floor entry, laundry room with your very own private washer/dryer combo, and a locking garage. Watch out for the cut-out pirates lurking about for photos! The waterfront side has a private heated pool, a private hot tub under the covered deck, a gas grille, and a dock to the water. Enter the first-floor game room and you'll find a pool table, entertainment center with LED TV, and wet bar with a full refrigerator and microwave. A bedroom has deck access, LCD TV, and a bathroom. This second-floor living area has a 25’ ceiling, all-glass to the water, wood floors, deck access, LED TV, surround sound, and resort furnishings, boasting ocean vistas from all rooms. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with solid surface countertops, tiled floors, stainless appliances, and a dining area. The front deck has a signature spiral stair that can get you to the pool in a flash. A primary bedroom has deck access, LCD TV, and bath with tub plus a rain shower stall. Level three has a furnished loft with vistas of the ocean and sound. Bedroom number three has a west deck, LCD TV, and set of bunk beds. One guest bedroom has deck access, LED TV, and ocean vistas, and another has an LCD TV. The ocean-view main bedroom has a full bath. A furnished office has deck access. Tangerine Dream is electric, eclectic, and guaranteed to please.

The bunk bed has a 175-pound weight limit.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
