OCEANVIEW Waves - Sea Vista Ct. New owners for 2022 - keep an eye on the horizon for tons of appealing renovations! Your stay at SEA SPRAY will only get better.

Come and feel the SEA SPRAY when you stay at this striking home that's just a short walk to the beach. The ground level features a game room with pool table, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, one bedroom with a pyramid bunk, and a full bath (also accessible from the outside pool area). The mid level features four bedrooms. There are two king master suites with private baths and TVs. There is also a queen bedroom with a TV that has a semi-private bath shared with the queen bedroom across the hall. Each bedroom has direct access to the shaded wrap-around deck and bubbly hot tub. The top level great room features elegant vistas of the sound. Also on this level is another king master suite with private bath and TV. Step up to the ship's watch framed in windows on three sides to appreciate handsome ocean to sound vistas. You'll appreciate being able to surf indoors with the wireless high speed internet access. With so much to offer, SEA SPRAY is sure to be a family favorite. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

The ground level game room features a new Intelligent TV, new bar tables and stools, a new rug, new cue sticks, new Keurig coffee machine, plus fresh paint and refreshed décor. Ship’s Watch converted to a lounge with seating for four, a table, and a wine rack. Additional kitchen essentials like glassware, dishes, and silverware outfitted.

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
