All 5 bedrooms (including 2 king master bedrooms) face the sea and provide slider access to the oceanfront deck, lulling guests into pleasant slumber with ocean breezes, salty air, and sounds of the surf. Get the best rental value:

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
• Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
