The bottom level of the home is made for entertainment. A game room with a pool table and a poker table with sliding doors that lead to the pool deck. Keep your drinks cool and your dishes clean at the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink with ample counter space for snacks. Through an archway, settle in as a family for a movie nighttime. With plenty of seating, and a pull-out queen size couch bed, and single pull-out ottoman bed, your family will always have space to spread out. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
