OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Summerplace Dr. - Feel oceanfront luxury at CORAL BREEZE. Located in pretty Hatteras village, this oceanfront home has all the amenities you need to make your vacation memorable. Vistas of the ocean and the sound from this home will make you feel immersed in island life. Feel the salty breeze as you take a dip in the oceanfront pool, the sea oats lulling you to tranquility as you relax on the pool side loungers. Escape for a moment by sinking into the bubbly hot tub, covered and enclosed on three sides, and let all your worries wash away. A tiki bar is located on the pool deck and makes mixing drinks simple. A gas grille next to the tiki bar makes summer cookouts simple.

The bottom level of the home is made for entertainment. A game room with a pool table and a poker table with sliding doors that lead to the pool deck. Keep your drinks cool and your dishes clean at the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink with ample counter space for snacks. Through an archway, settle in as a family for a movie nighttime. With plenty of seating, and a pull-out queen size couch bed, and single pull-out ottoman bed, your family will always have space to spread out. Spend time listening to music on the stereo with a simple voice command to Alexa and pull-out card games or puzzles. One master bedroom, with an attached bath, is on this level. A master with two twin-over-twin bunk beds with access to the oceanside covered deck. Travelling between levels is painless in this home, take the elevator from the bottom to the top level with ease.

The second level of the home has four master bedrooms, with attached private baths. Two king master bedrooms have beautiful ocean vistas and access to the decks. Unwind in the shade and watch the waves or, inside take a bubbly bath in the hottub tubs located in both master baths. The other two master bedrooms have bespoke tiled showers in the private bathrooms. One queen master and one master with a double-over-double bunk with a trundle complete with a mini-foosball game, a seating area, and access to a shaded deck, ideal for the kid’s room.

The final master bedroom is located on the third level, a gorgeous king bedroom with a private attached bath with a hottub tub and bespoke-tiled shower with a rainfall feature. Savor a moment of tranquility on the sundeck off the bedroom with vistas of the ocean. A handsome wood ceiling of this home brings a comfortable warm feeling to the great room. Plenty of seating from the three couches makes the great room the ideal spot to gather the family after a long day. Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Some rentals allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.
  • Visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .

During your stay:

  • Get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
