NEW FOR THE 2025 SEASON, Feel a attractively modernized kitchen with handsome new cabinets and quartz countertops. Savor modern LPV floor throughout the first and third levels. Unwind in the living room with new furnishings and relax on the screened-in porch, which features fresh new seating. Stay entertained with five new intelligent TVs and refresh yourself with a convenient outdoor hot and cold shower.

When you first pull into the driveway, you're unsure whether to run to the beach, steps away, or discover all three and a half floors of the home. The main floor is comfortable with a sizable HDTV above the fireplace, ocean vistas while seated or on the decks, a BBQ grille, a screened porch, and a kitchen, which accepts the chefs to remain part of the great room conversations. Spiral stairs lead to a loft where kids can call their own, or adults can escape for some secluded time.

The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the middle level. The lower level has a huge game room with a pool table and a wet bar. Exit the slider to the private pool area with a hot tub, where you may spend most of your time during the week. What could be better than a enormous, well-appointed home close to the beach and private pool?
