Though just steps from the ocean, the private backyard pool is even closer. Pull up a lounger, layer on sunscreen, and soak in the rays. The 6-person hot tub will have you bubbling with anticipation, and the poolside sitting area has happy hour written all over it.
Four of the home’s bedrooms are located on the middle level: two master bedrooms, one king, one queen with an additional single bed, and both with Intelligent TVs and ensuite baths; plus a room with two single beds and another with a double bed that share a hallway bath. The fifth and final bedroom, a king master with ensuite bath and Intelligent TV, is located on the upper level. Also located on this level is the great room and kitchen — a bright and sunny core that brings families together for cooking, dining, entertaining, and simply being together. A sleek, brand-new kitchen with refreshed appliances and cabinets will actually make cooking family meals a delight which spills over to the broad dining table where you can share those meals together. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with a picnic table, a impressive spot to start the day with a cup of coffee. Settle into the great room as fans whir overhead from the cathedral ceiling as you stream your favorite shows on the Intelligent TV.
