Ease into a more calming rhythm at the sandy beach, accessible by a dune trail just across the street, or settle into a lounge chair around the private pool, with outdoor speakers setting the mood from a favorite playlist. Escapism extends to the inside of the home, too, where a first level game room features classic arcade games, a foosball table, wet bar, and a theater room featuring a 65-inch Intelligent TV that entices you to settle in with a movie. Just off the game room is a slider that leads to an elevated deck, housing a six-person hot tub waiting to melt your worries away.

Also, on the first level are two of the home’s bedrooms including a king master and a room with two bunkbeds, in addition to a half-bath. The remaining bedrooms, including two king masters, a queen, and room with two single beds, are located on the second level along with a full hallway bathroom.
