SOUNDSIDE Avon – Portside Dr. – Appreciate a vacation fit for royalty at ISLAND ROYALE. This tropical getaway with planted palm trees has every amenities you need for the best vacation. Float around in the private fenced-in pool, work on your tan, or slip into the bubbly hot tub for a well-deserved break. Let time escape from you as you watch the island life around you from any of the decks on all three levels of the home, accessible from the outside. Bring a book out or bring the family out to savor a meal as you soak in the salty sun and prepare on the grille just off the pool deck.

The first level of this home is great for entertaining everybody. Pull up chairs for a card game, challenge family to foosball, or show off your pool playing skills in the game room. Snacks are painless to store on this level with the kitchenette in the game room with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Keep your drinks cold and have newly popped popcorn anytime. The TV in the game room is ideal for streaming a show, or listening to music during the games. If you want to binge a series or watch a movie, check out the enormous theater room. With a projection screen, a DVD player, and a huge DVD collection, you will always find comfort in this room. Sink into the plush theater seats and relax. Two bedrooms are on this level. One queen master bedroom with an attached private bath and a bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed with a semi-private attached bath. All rooms come with a TV and island vistas.

The second level of the home has three master bedrooms and a sitting area. Make plans while you watch TV in the sitting area, or get work done at the workstation with a desk, chair, and desk lamp. Grand sliding glass doors open to the outside covered deck. Two king master bedrooms on this level have private balconies and attached private baths. Savor a moment of tranquility before joining the family, or spend the evening watching as the island life all retires for the nighttime. The final bedroom, a queen master bedroom, has an attached private bath and handsome vistas. The final level of the home has the last bedroom. A king master bedroom with an attached private bath. Enjoy the best bedroom vistas in the home and deck access from the bedroom.
Every prepare will want to test out the open kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a long kitchen island. For a fast bite to each, sit at the kitchen island with seating for three, or the breakfast nook with a table for four. Come together for bigger meals and sit at the dining room table that seats eight. Clean up is simple with the two dishwashers and an additional vegetable sink. The great room is ideal for having the family together. With upsized furnishings and sliding doors to the outside deck and island vistas, you won’t want to leave. End the nighttime watching over the land from the top-level deck where you can see spectacular vistas and even better sunsets. You’ll want your royal vacation to never end at ISLAND ROYALE.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
