SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon – Ocean View Dr. – For that sand between your toes feeling you’ve been dreaming about since last summer; THE SANDY HOME is ready to turn those reveries into your summer reality. Located just a short walk to the beach, this six-bedroom/four-full and one-half-bath home is ideal for enormous multi-generational families, especially when an accessible ramp and elevator provides everybody seamless access to all levels.
Pack a basketball and some horseshoes! You’ll be sizing up the basketball hoop, horseshoe pit, and the competition as you unload your car from the huge concrete parking area. If you’ve brought along your furry family members, you’ll adore the dog-washing station with hot and cold water. There are two outdoor showers for the humans, too, ideal for cleaning up after a day at the beach or cooling down from a soak in the 6-person hot tub. A private swimming pool offers a super beach alternative, especially when lounge chairs offer the ideal place for an afternoon nap. Later, trade the pool lounge for a pool cue in the ground level game room, which also features an entertainment center with a TV, kitchenette, and a half bath.
Discover four of the home’s bedrooms on the first level. A king bedroom and a bedroom with two singles share a jack-and-jill bath, while a second king and another bedroom with two singles share a full bath with hallway access. There is an additional full bath on this level, as well as a laundry closet. Direct access to two decks that span this level, one deck offers ocean vistas from the two-person swing or hammock and the other deck offers a screened-in porch, ideal for a peaceful sanctuary. The remaining two bedrooms, a master king with ensuite bath and a queen with access to a full hall bath are located on the second level.
The main living area, located on the second level, is where the vacation memories accrue as your family comes together for meals, game nights, and late-into-the-nighttime conversations. A well-outfitted kitchen inspires the chefs among you to whip up special vacation meals, all of which can be appreciated — accompanied by ocean vistas — at the four-seat breakfast bar and two dining tables that accommodate 12. A 65” Intelligent TV draws everybody into the great room for calming TV watching while the top-level deck, complete with 12 Polywood® deck chairs and tables, may prove to be a bigger draw when the moon rises and the stars come out to play.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Woods Nature Trail. - The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
