Accessing the beach is simple from a private boardwalk; return to two outside showers that accommodate an painless rinse-off. There’s a foosball table under the shade of the home for when the competitive spirit moves you and a gas grille on the patio to fire up for a poolside lunch. The first level offers an apartment-like king bedroom with a full ensuite bath, day bed, private entrance and enormous oceanside deck, ideal for a babysitter or au pair. The second level offers four more cavernous bedrooms. There’s a room with a single and bunk and another with a single and full bed that share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a king room.
