An all weather entry leads to the first level with two bedrooms and a bath (the bunk room features a flat screen TV and DVD). The second level has four bedrooms and three baths, including 2 master suites (both with flat screen TVs and DVDs) that open to a shaded oceanside deck and bubbly hot tub. The third level great room with cathedral ceiling provides amazing Atlantic vistas and ample space for entertaining, dining, or just calming after a great day on the water. Your family will appreciate watching the flat screen TV with DVD. The fourth floor ship’s watch with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and private deck will make you the envy of the beach as you savor some of Avon's best ocean and sound vistas. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
