If you are looking for a cozy tropical hideaway, look no further than Costa Quay! This multi-level home away from home is conveniently located on a peaceful side street - just a short walk to the end of the road for walking access to the beach and close to numerous waterfront eateries and bars. You'll be greeted by the delightfully landscaped pool area, a fenced backyard, and peekaboo ocean vistas. Spend invigorating evenings in the outdoor pool or relax in the bubbly six-person hot tub supplied for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a propane grille that you can use to host entertaining warm-weather barbecues and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. This area is overlooked by the first-level deck, where you can lounge on the bench swing and still be a part of all the fun.

Upon entering this darling home, guests can head downstairs and find the game room with a pool table, a pub table for two, a intelligent TV with a DVD player, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. The top-level great room has been attractively decorated. It is the ideal gathering spot with a 55' intelligent TV home theatre system with Blu-Ray, surround sound, and a stereo system with internet radio and speakers to the deck. The well-appointed kitchen has your back when mealtime comes around with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for fast post-meal clean-ups. Keurig and drip coffee makers will delight the coffee lovers of the group. The broad dining table has handsome sound vistas, and there are additional spots on the kitchen island. The spiral staircase leads up to a loft area with a foosball table. You'll also have a bocce ball setup, and the home includes a pull-down projector screen for those movie nights with friends. There are two basketball hoops in the driveway, so you can play a full-court game.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.   • In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Summertime is high season in Waves. Booking your Hatteras vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
