Arriving on the second level you will find a matched set of four master bedrooms, each with TV. The deck on this level has a bubbly hot tub, ideal for calming after a fun day at the beach. Up one more level, the roomy great room welcomes you to savor your vacation in front of the TV/DVD entertainment center. The open and airy kitchen and dining room are a continuation of style and comfort of this home. • In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Summer time is high season in the Hatteras area. To find the best value, change your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to stimulate new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
