While the family splashes in the saltwater pool, you can relax in the close by hot tub or appreciate a game of foosball or pool in the game room with TV/DVD/stereo and wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave. This level also has a convenient half bath for fast trips in from the pool. Sweet dreams are a guarantee in the four bedrooms on the mid level including a king master with TV/DVD and private bath with tile shower, a king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds that share a bath, and a queen master bedroom with TV/DVD and private bath with tile shower. On the top level, you'll find a king master bedroom with TV/DVD and private bath with Jacuzzi and tile shower. Life is grandiose in the broad, sun-soaked great room overlooking spectacular vistas of the sound.   • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
