A private walkway leads you directly to the sound’s peaceful waters where you can launch kayaks to discover the natural habitat of Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. A private saltwater pool offers a more languid alternative to connecting to the relaxing qualities of water, as does a 7-person hot tub located on an upper deck. The ground level also reveals two outdoor showers, a picnic table, two charcoal park grilles, a fish-cleaning table, and a basketball hoop. From the driveway and carport, enter the first level to discover a game room with foosball table, daybed, full bath, and a private covered deck with direct pool access. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the second level. Two sound facing king masters offer both ensuite bathrooms and access to the covered wrap around deck.
