Located on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood, the home is just a fast walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach. A pond sits behind the home and beyond that, the sound. But the closest form of water is the private saltwater pool, where the color of the floor mimics the blue sky above. A tiki bar provides the ideal option for a refreshment respite. Nearby is an outdoor shower and a fish-cleaning station with water and lights for the avid angler. An all-level elevator is conveniently located on the ground level.
