Located on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood, the home is just a fast walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach. A pond sits behind the home and beyond that, the sound. But the closest form of water is the private saltwater pool, where the color of the floor mimics the blue sky above. A tiki bar provides the ideal option for a refreshment respite. Nearby is an outdoor shower and a fish-cleaning station with water and lights for the avid angler. An all-level elevator is conveniently located on the ground level.   • June, July, and August are high season in Waves. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
