Located on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood, the home is just a fast walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach. A pond sits behind the home and beyond that, the sound. But the closest form of water is the private saltwater pool, where the color of the floor mimics the blue sky above. A tiki bar provides the ideal option for a refreshment respite. Nearby is an outdoor shower and a fish-cleaning station with water and lights for the avid angler. An all-level elevator is conveniently located on the ground level. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
