This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts - there are bicycle and walking trails, wide open beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This home offers 4,200 square feet of comfort, convenience, and fantastic amenities plus five primary bedrooms with private baths - three of which feature striking ocean vistas. The first level of the home is made up of a roomy rec room with a pool table, a intelligent TV, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and mini-refrigerator. Spend entertaining evenings watching your favorite movies and series in the theater room, equipped with state-of-the-art video and thumping surround sound. From this level, you and your appreciated ones will have access to an broad furnished deck overlooking the heated outdoor pool. The deck provides you with your very own four-person bubbly hot tub. There is a bunk bedroom on this level as well.

The second floor features three additional bedrooms. All three suites have intelligent TVs and direct access to the second-floor wrap-around deck.
