Inside, come together in the great room and queue up a movie on the home theater system. Grand windows offer the ideal natural light for the open home. Cook dinner in the modern kitchen with room to move around. The family can eat together at the dining table, or grab a fast bite at the breakfast bar. Steal away to the desk to work from home, or read one of the offered books.

Finish the day in the master king bedroom on the second level. Let the rest of the family choose from one of the four bedrooms on the first level. Three masters and the pyramid bunk bedroom on this level make for the ideal private getaway on vacation. You’ll be feeling the BELLA BREZZA even after you leave this home.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is on the beach. Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. Sticking to your budget:

  • Summer is high season in Salvo. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it.
