The five-bedroom/five- and one-half-bath HATTERAS AT LAST is ready to fulfill your dreams of lazy beach days, hours of island exploration and making lasting memories with those you adore.
Multigenerational families will appreciate this open and airy home that accepts everybody to move about with ease. Check-in is a breeze with the elevator right inside on the first level. Speaking of breezes, you’ll welcome the ones that drift off the ocean as you gather around the ground level private pool, savor sunny moments on the multiple decks or climb to the top of the widow’s watch to take in glorious 365-degree vistas. There is also an outdoor shower for simple cleanup after a day on the beach.
Inside on the first level, a media room with comfortable leather furnishings, two TVs, and a full kitchenette offers the first of cavernous gathering options. There is also a full bath and laundry facilities on this level. Four of the home's bedrooms, three masters with private baths and one room with a single bunkbed are on the second level. The kids will appreciate the privacy of the pyramid bunk master. Featuring a trundle bed, up to four can drift off into sleep between days of fun under the sun or stream their favorites on the Intelligent TV. The other two masters, a king and a queen, offer private access to the covered deck overlooking the inviting pool area.
Also on the third level, a light-filled great room is another space that inspires families to come together to share meals, stories and most importantly, time with each other. Prepare your favorite family feasts in a roomy kitchen featuring an spacious refrigerator, drink refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and loads of cabinets to store your groceries. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: Knowing there is coverage for accidents will help you relax and enjoy your vacation. In lieu of a $3,000 cash security deposit, we provide a Vacation Rental Protection Plan. This non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

About the Area
Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is near the beach. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Ocracoke Pony Pens are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.

- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
