A short walk to the ocean makes beach days painless and with indoor and outdoor storage, you can store all your beach gear. The pool deck on this home has plenty of space to spread out and appreciate the relaxation of island time. Laze around in the opulent huge pool or slip into the bubbly hot tub, private with a lattice fence on one side. Play a game of pool with the family in the game room and listen to music on the stereo or watch a movie on the TV with DVD player. The room has ample space to gather everybody to watch a pool tournament or to talk about old stories. Keep drinks cold and prepare snacks at the wet bar with a sink, full-sized refrigerator, and microwave. One cavernous queen bedroom is on this level with island vistas and a TV.

The next level has three bedrooms and the washer and dryer.
