OCEANVIEW Waves - Sea Isle Hills Dr. - There is no confusion here, WAVES DAZE is the beach home for your family vacation. Pull the car into the shaded parking with dry entry and step into the cavernous game room with pool table, wet bar with refrigerator, queen couch bed, TV/DVD and convenient half bath. A slider leads you to the deck where you'll find the bubbly hot tub overlooking the private swimming pool. The mid-level of the home features three calming master bedrooms each with private baths and TV/DVDs; two with king beds and one with a pyramid bunk. Also on this level is the convenient laundry area. Your expectations will be exceeded at the sight of the upper level great room with plenty of seating around the sizable flat screen TV/DVD, three sliders leading to decks on both sides, cheerful and well-appointed kitchen, dining area and the second half bath. There is also a king master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV/DVD. With private bathrooms for every bedroom, comfortable beach decor and beach access in walking distance, there is no better place to spend your WAVES DAZE and nights.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: Knowing there is coverage for accidents will help you relax and savor your vacation. In lieu of a $3,000 cash security deposit, we provide a Vacation Rental Protection Plan. This non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Located in Waves, this vacation home is near the beach. Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site and Museum and Studio 12 are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. When to visit & When to reserve a Waves rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Waves. To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
