Ground Level: After a fun-filled day at the beach, guests can take a exhilarating swim in the private pool, which can be heated, or simply snooze on the hammock or sun loungers. A fish-cleaning table, a gas grille, and an outside shower with hot & cold water round out this first-level playground. An additional perk is a carport and a driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars.

Mid Level: Located on the middle level you will find 4 handsome bedrooms equipped with intelligent TVs and AppleTVs. Bedrooms #1 and #2 are each furnished with a Queen bed, a modern Jack-n-Jill bath with a roomy shower, private access from each bedroom to the covered ocean-facing deck, comfortable outdoor furnishings, and a hot tub. Bedroom #3 is outfitted with a Queen bed and intelligent TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with one Twin bunk bed and a intelligent TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a sleek Jack-n-Jill bath with an upsized shower. Tucked away on this level, is a state-of-the-art front-load washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron with ample laundry space.

Top Level: The upper level showcases a modern vibe and tons of room to savor your family and friends. Plenty of open windows provide spectacular vistas and natural light. The main living area is attractively furnished, equipped with a enormous SmartTV, and a telescope for star and moon gazing. You'll find everything sleek and streamlined, with sliding glass doors that lead to an upsized deck with elegant beach vistas. Desirable open kitchen entirely equipped with high-end appliances outfitted with ample cabinets, and generous counter space for preparing meals and entertaining. The family-sized dining table accommodates 8 guests. An upsized, oceanfront table with 3 chairs serves as a breakfast table or office workstation with a view. With the Cape Hatteras National Seashore as your backyard, you will appreciate seeing striking sunrises over the ocean and watching wildlife as you step outside on the broad deck and enjoy meals on the family-sized outdoor dining table, and drinks on a 2-person high-top table. Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation.
