Hatteras-S-Cape is located on a spectacular one back from the ocean lot in southern Kinnakeet Shores, close to the pedestrian beach access, and offers amazing ocean and sound vistas from the two-tiered decks. The open and airy concrete carport with all-weather entry has beach toys and fishing gear, along with double showers for the saltiest beach bums. Wrap around ocean & South decks lead to the outside hot tub area. The cavernous upper level has a tall open ceiling, windows galore, ceiling fans, warm wood accents, ocean vistas & south decks with a broad ocean view. Cooks and crew will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, oceanside dining for 12, and an adjoining screened porch. The third-level loft has broad vistas.

The first level has two main suites - each with sliders to the deck, two more bedrooms, and an additional bathroom. The second level has another main bedroom with a semi-private bath.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

  • To get the best value, change your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
