Inside you'll find a den with a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and sink, a mini-refrigerator and a half bath.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with deck access and private bathroom is handicap friendly with roll-in shower with grab bars and a roll-under vanity sink. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and private full bathroom, King Bedroom with deck access and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), and a Bedroom with Triple Bunk Set (Single/Single/Single) and a Bunk Set with a flat-screen TV and deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation.

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
