Inside you'll find a den with a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and sink, a mini-refrigerator and a half bath.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with deck access and private bathroom is handicap friendly with roll-in shower with grab bars and a roll-under vanity sink. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and private full bathroom, King Bedroom with deck access and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), and a Bedroom with Triple Bunk Set (Single/Single/Single) and a Bunk Set with a flat-screen TV and deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation.

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.   • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Summertime is high season in Salvo. To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

More considerations for your visit:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of problems.
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • At Check-in, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to inspire future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation.
