Located right over the dunes from the pristine beaches of Frisco, this home provides a semi-private beach access boardwalk and striking vistas of the ocean from its two levels of new and furnished decks.

The top-floor great room is a incredible spot for the whole family to eat, relax, and spend time together. Thoughtful upgrades include a new couch and bar stools. The sizable TV and ample seating make it a great space for movie nights as well. In the kitchen, you'll find bar seating for three and a table for four; the dining table has seating for eight more. Just outside, you can savor your morning cup of joe on the deck as you take in a memorable sunrise and the calming sounds of the crashing waves.

Downstairs has a modest den off one of the bedrooms with a twin daybed/twin trundle underneath where you can admire the charming ocean through the sliding glass doors or from the first-level deck.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

About the Area

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Scotch Bonnet Marina and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts. Buxton Seafood and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
Summer is high season in Frisco. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Hatteras attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.

Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.
