As you arrive, unpack with zero hassle thanks to the ground-level elevator and covered carport. Also on this level is a gated pool area, complete with a private saltwater pool, and two outdoor showers to rinse off after a dip. Beach lovers will be thrilled to find a walkway bringing you straight from the pool to the community boardwalk, leading you over the dune and onto the sandy shoreline. Step inside on the first level to find four of the home’s well-appointed bedrooms, including two kings with deck access; a room with two queens and a private porch; and a pyramid bunk room. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Two full hallway baths complete this level. The final bedroom, a king master, is located on the second level.

On the top level, you'll find a cavernous open floorplan serves as the heart of the home.
