OCEANVIEW Avon - Moore Way - Escape from it all in extravagant BEACH HAVEN, only 3 tons back from the beach with a huge open view of the ocean. Thoughtfully designed to care for your every need, this home will take your worries away. The lower level features a game room with sizable pool table, sitting area, full refrigerator, wet bar with microwave for game time snacks, and 2 TVs (1-55" Intelligent TV). A master bedroom with two singles and private bath is also on this level. Just outside, the cool waters of the private swimming pool will refresh you and the 6 person hot tub will soothe you. On the mid-level there are three bedrooms, one of which is a king master with private bath. The second king has a semi-private bath with an entrance from both the room as well as the hallway which accepts for painless access from the middle room containing a regular as well as a pyramid bunk. Upstairs, the great room features great ocean vistas, and home theater system with 47" flat screen LED energy saver TV and surround sound which makes you feel like you're part of the action. Take advantage of the complimentary wireless and hardwire high speed internet. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach.
