OCEAN FRONT Waves- Sea Isle Hills Dr. SEADUCTION is certain to entice you to want to stay here forever. Everything you will need to complete your vacation fantasy has been considered. The entry level features a bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and a private bath. The second floor features three bedrooms (1 master w/private bath & deck access, 2 w/shared bath). A game room with foosball, flat screen TV, DVD player and games opens to a huge shaded deck with calming ocean breezes. Another master suite on the top floor completes the generous sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom offers a 40" flat screen TV. The third level Juniper paneled great room's focus is directed at the bespoke constructed-in entertainment center and 50” flat screen TV. The top level deck with screened in dining porch and porch swing takes advantage of picture ideal vistas. The enormous kitchen is well equipped to handle the most demanding crew. But beware! Just as the Sirens tempted the sailors of old, you'll find the attraction to SEADUCTION irresistible.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
