Radiating casual elegance, this five-bedroom, five-and-two-half bath home sits at the end of a private cul-de-sac, offering privacy and peaceful for an exceptionally restful stay. New updates welcome guests desiring the ultimate in comfort and inspired ambience. New linens enhances the sleep experience in the home’s five en-suite bedrooms, including three kings, one queen, and one double bunk, all featuring new 32-inch Intelligent TVs. The queen and king suites on the middle level both have access to the wrap-around deck and private access to the saltwater pool and hot tub area. The king suite on the upper level has a ceramic tile walk-in shower with double bowl vanity and private deck access. The upper level also features open concept living and a ideal setting for family get-togethers with a 58-inch flat-screen Intelligent TV, an eight-seat dining table, breakfast bar and roomy, entirely equipped kitchen. Brew up a proper cup at the new coffee bar, take it out onto the deck to catch the sunrise or map out the day. Perhaps that includes calming by the pool or soaking in the close by hot tub. The plan may also call for a friendly game of pool in the game room or yard games followed by firing up the grille for lunch in the screened-in porch. If your day is destined for the beach, access is found in both the front and rear of the home. You are also an simple walk to the village of Waves, where eateries, watersports, and glorious sound sunsets await. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
