Furnished with enough seating, the porch becomes an extension of the living space, inviting you to soak in the coastal ambiance.

The first living level features oceanfront primary suites with new linens in most rooms, private baths and decks, a double bunk room, and a luxury bath with a sizable Jacuzzi. For added entertainment, ascend to the third-level loft with a newly felted slate pool table and a deck providing one of Avon's highest and best ocean vistas.

Practicality meets convenience with an all-weather entry level featuring locked indoor storage and a laundry room. The ground level offers concrete parking, two carports, two outdoor showers with hot water, and a utility table.

Please stay off the dunes, they protect the homes during the storms. Plus, there is some island wildlife that makes these dunes their home that you'd rather not meet.

Things to Know
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
