The heart of the home, a huge, elegantly decorated great room, beckons you to relax, with cathedral ceilings and broad glass vistas of the ocean. Step outside onto the expansive wraparound porch, offering expansive vistas to the East, South, and West. Furnished with enough seating, the porch becomes an extension of the living space, inviting you to soak in the coastal ambiance.

The first living level features oceanfront primary suites with new linens in most rooms, private baths and decks, a double bunk room, and a luxury bath with a enormous Jacuzzi. For added entertainment, ascend to the third-level loft with a freshly felted slate pool table and a deck providing one of Avon's highest and best ocean vistas.

Practicality meets convenience with an all-weather entry level featuring locked indoor storage and a laundry room. The ground level offers concrete parking, two carports, two outdoor showers with hot water, and a utility table.

Please stay off the dunes, they protect the homes during the storms. Plus, there is some island wildlife that makes these dunes their home that you'd rather not meet.

Things to Know
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
