OCEANFRONT Salvo- Colony Dr.
Imagine the ocean and dunes for as far as you can see; a place of refuge and a home for making memories with family and friends. This is SALVOCEAN, a home that was constructed for escaping the world.
The ground level has a concrete driveway, carport, and all weather entry/playroom with bunk bed. The second level has three bedrooms (one master with a private bath and two with a shared bath), and entertainment area with a TV with streaming service only. The third level has another master suite and a great room with a 42” flat screen TV. The great room is open and airy with cathedral ceiling, juniper paneling, and tons of windows that provide superb ocean vistas and opens to a furnished sundeck and enormous screened porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining or taking in pretty sunrises and spectacular sunsets. Every bedroom has its own T.V., so whether you prefer to watch tv, play games or read there is space for it for all. Perhaps a dip in the hot tub is just what you need!
Salvocean is a sanctuary in a fabulous neighborhood where you can walk, bicycle or visit the local ice cream store. It is a simple place, where you can relax and savor miles of sand and sea, whether you’re walking with your family pets or casting a rod to the surf. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
