Many homes say "oceanfront" or "beachfront" without being really ON the beach. This home is really beachfront property with beachside vistas from EVERY single room of the home, and refreshed just this year!
Be the first to stay in this beachfront Outer Banks home post-remodel with TWO King Master Suites and one Queen Master Suite!
This oceanfront home was updated in 2024 with a new kitchen that features quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and new appliances. All bathrooms have been updated with new toilets, quartz counters, updated sinks, faucets, hardware, etc. and all bedrooms and living spaces re-painted, refurnished, and re-designed with new beds/toppers, linens, pillows, etc. for a coastal, calming feel that highlights the spectacular vistas - whether you are sitting in common spaces or relaxing in bed (all bedrooms face beach side).
Decks run across the second and third floors, with a separate eating deck off the dining room that accepts for vistas of both the sunset and the sunrise. There is also a separate front porch specifically appointed with a hammock to watch the sunset. SO many spaces to lounge for indoor or outdoor living. (Outside furnished with sturdy Polywood furnishings).
Oh! And did I mention that bonfires on the beach are allowed here from May 1st to Nov. 15th?! Ideal for a family outing or get-away.
FIRST FLOORING:
The first floor door leads directly to the beach, with a cavernous, completely enclosed outside shower, and beach chairs, umbrella and painless up tent available for your use. Once inside, there is a sizable mudroom and laundry room with ample space to unload from the beach, charge your phone (wireless docking station), or stock up with snacks and drinks from the mini-refrigerator. Beyond the main laundry and mudroom area there is a separate, queen bedroom suite with intelligent TV and completely updated private bath. (Ideal for your early rising surfers and fisherman, where they won't wake the rest of the family!)
SECOND FLOORING:
Walk upstairs to the second floor and you will find an office area with wireless charging station. The desk includes a monitor for simple hook up (in the event someone can't leave work at home). This level also has three gorgeous bedrooms with access to the Hot Tub deck and a full, coastal hall bathroom. Bedroom layout: 1) The first bedroom is a giant king bedroom suite with additional daybed for relaxing or modest kids that sneak into your room at nighttime (twin size). This suite has it's own private full bath, intelligent TV, and huge sliding doors that let in extraordinary beach vistas and offer direct access to the hot tub. 2) The second bedroom on this level is a huge bunk room with 4 twin beds and a intelligent TV/gaming area with bean bag chairs to sink into for hours (if you allow it, of course ;). The bunk room has deck access to the hot tub and marvelous beach vistas if you're using it for adults, but is also outfitted with a pack-and-play, high chair, safety gates and everything you need for the little ones as well. 3) The final guest room on this floor is a sizable, bright and cheery guest bedroom with intelligent TV and a queen four poster bed that faces the beach to appreciate the ocean sounds and vistas as soon as you wake each morning (unless you want to sleep in using the blackout curtains that are included in bedroom areas ;). This room also has sliding doors to the deck with Adirondack chairs for relaxing or direct deck access to the hot tub.
THIRD FLOORING:
Finally, when you venture to the main living space (a Great Room area on the 3rd floor), you will be blown away by the ocean vistas that pour through all THREE huge sliding glass doors - inviting you to the decks that run the length of the home with tons of space for outdoor living. No matter whether you're watching TV on the couch (or sleeping in that queen couch bed), grabbing a glass of wine in the bar area, eating in the dining room, or preparing meals in the kitchen you'll savor the sights and sounds of the ocean. Cathedral ceilings and ocean vistas run through all areas - from the updated kitchen (new appliances including convection oven, quartz counters, farmhouse sink, etc.)... to the freshly appointed living room area (humongous new L-Shaped sleeper sectional)... to the enormous dining room that seats everybody effortlessly and has access to it's own separate deck for outdoor dining. The Great Room provides another wireless charging station (to collect those family phones), alexa for music or voice activated games and controls, and direct access to the powder room on this floor.
The final feature of the 3rd floor level is a private primary suite with huge king bed overlooking the ocean, intelligent TV, and private bath. Again, large glass sliding doors in this bedroom allow deck access to sit in the Adirondack chairs and watch the ocean while appreciating a glass of wine at nighttime or coffee in the morning.
PLEASE NOTE: Main living areas and suites all have Alexa intelligent control for lights, music, games, etc. but drop-in function is COMPLETELY TURNED OFF for your privacy, therefore it cannot be used as a infant monitor room-to-room.
KITCHEN COMFORTS OF HOME:
This home is really equipped as a HOME would be. The kitchen is ready for large family meals with two toasters, two coffee makers and two blenders - no one has to wait for their bagel to toast or for the next pot of coffee (unless you want something different, in which case you can use the Keurig for one-cup brewing). You have EVERYTHING you need to prepare anything you can think of... large lobster pot; countless casserole dishes, loaf pans, pie tins, etc.; a waffle maker; a fondu pot; a roasting pan, etc. etc. etc. This is a FULLY supplied kitchen and even has basic spices so you don't have to go out and re-buy everything.
SMART HOME FEATURES:
This home is equipped with wireless chargers on each level, wireless gaming station, and wireless speakers for music to accompany the sounds of the waves.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR SMALL CHILDREN:
Includes Pack-and-Play, High Chair, Safety Gates, etc.
PET FRIENDLY:
Dogs are allowed! There are even dog bowls and furnishings covers to make it easy (no dogs on furnishings without covering first please.)
BONFIRES ACCEPTED ON THE BEACH, AND MORE!:

Our top Vacation rental booking tips:
When to book & When to go:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Salvo. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Hatteras area visitors guide magazines that include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Hatteras area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to choose the perfect vacation rental in the Hatteras area:
- To start, have your family commit to trip dates and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. OCEANFRONT: Renovated w\/Amazing Views in EVERY Room, Hot Tub, 2 Masters+ Dogs OK has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Hatteras rental home search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible on booking pages. If not, reach out to the property management company before booking the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You will need to establish which bed configuration is right for your vacation family.
- If there's a certain Hatteras destination you are crazy about, keep an eye out for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some rentals allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property manager about your furry family members before booking.
Know before you go:
- We recommend storing the owner's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
- When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
