OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - Sea Oats Dr. SANDY BRITCHES is full of surprises for your next vacation. Take a dip in the private pool or walk to the painless beach access only 4 tons away. When you are done at the beach, stow your gear in the huge lockable storage area. Inside the home, appreciate a round of pool in the game room on the pool table that also flips to become a poker table. A convenient full bath is available for fast trips in from the pool or beach. The mid-level hosts three bedrooms, one is a king master with private bathroom and slider access to the covered deck. The other two bedrooms (queen, pyramid bunk) share a bathroom between them. The indulgent hot tub is located on this level's covered deck. Upstairs, find one more king bedroom with semi-private access into a full bathroom shared with the great room. The well-appointed kitchen provides a comfortable location for preparing the days' meals which can be served in the dining area or in the furnished screened porch with water vistas. Revel in an island sunrise or sunset from the wraparound deck with ocean and sound vistas. With amenities like this, you'll want to be in SANDY BRITCHES every year.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
