Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a completely gated private pool with a hot tub, a park-style charcoal grille, gas, grille an outside shower, a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 cars, and a bags lift. Entering the home from the carport, you'll find a den with a flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, an arcade game with many game options, and deck access. Enter bedroom #1, furnished with 2 Twin Bunk Sets. This level also has the use of the full hallway bathroom.
Mid Level: Take the stairs up to the mid-level, which provides access to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom #2, is a Queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, ocean-view deck access, and a private full bathroom. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin beds plus a flat-screen TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share the full hallway bathroom. Do not miss the convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
Top Level: Finally, make your way up to the heart of the home, the comfortable Great Room with high ceilings and coastal decor. The Great Room provides a flat-screen TV, ample seating, a sound bar, deck access with ocean vistas, and a dining area seating 10. The freshly refreshed kitchen makes cooking a breeze with stainless steel appliances, roomy granite countertops, and a breakfast bar seating 3. Lastly, you have bedroom #5, a King suite with a flat-screen TV, private deck access overlooking the pool, and a private bathroom with a opulent soaking tub and a separate shower.

PRIVATE POOL is open from April until Mid October
Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
