Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a completely gated private pool with a hot tub, a park-style charcoal grille, gas, grille an outside shower, a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 cars, and a bags lift. Entering the home from the carport, you'll find a den with a flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, an arcade game with many game options, and deck access. Enter bedroom #1, furnished with 2 Twin Bunk Sets. This level also has the use of the full hallway bathroom.

Mid Level: Take the stairs up to the mid-level, which provides access to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom #2, is a Queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, ocean-view deck access, and a private full bathroom. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin beds plus a flat-screen TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share the full hallway bathroom. Do not miss the convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

Top Level: Finally, make your way up to the heart of the home, the comfortable Great Room with high ceilings and coastal decor. The Great Room provides a flat-screen TV, ample seating, a sound bar, deck access with ocean vistas, and a dining area seating 10. The freshly refreshed kitchen makes cooking a breeze with stainless steel appliances, cavernous granite countertops, and a breakfast bar seating 3. Lastly, you have bedroom #5, a King suite with a flat-screen TV, private deck access overlooking the pool, and a private bathroom with a extravagant soaking tub and a separate shower.

PRIVATE POOL is open from April until Mid October

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is near the beach. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Ocracoke Pony Pens are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
