SEMI-OCEANFRONT Salvo - S. Sunrise Ct. - UNIQUE LOCATION: The Lucky Oyster is only 1 of 2 rental properties in Salvo bordering the Cape Hatteras National Seashore featuring unobstructed vistas of this 13-mile Federal Park. The Lucky Oyster’s unique location offers remarkable vistas of the Preserve Area to the south, often including sights of grazing deer, migratory wildlife, and an assortment of bird species. On clear nights and early mornings, the light from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse can be seen across the park. Lucky Oyster also offers impressive exhibitions of the Pamlico Sound and sunsets, the Atlantic Ocean and sunrises, and spectacular astrological star gazing. This 4,680 sq. ft. home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, one lot from the ocean, but with no homes directly in front, and offers gorgeous ocean and sound vistas. Beach accesses, with both dune and wooden walkway paths, are conveniently located just steps away. The home offers three levels of 360-degree decking, offering extreme privacy and fantastic vistas.

Upon arrival, load your suitcases into the all-level elevator for convenience. The lower-level kitchenette provides space to prepare and lay out snacks for the group and also features a full-size refrigerator, a dedicated under-counter ice maker, double sink and a microwave. A full-bath and bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed are also found on this level, as is the laundry room with an industrial capacity washer and dryer. One level up, choose from three cavernous king master-bedrooms, each with private bathroom, TV, walk-in closet and access to the wrap-around covered decks with ocean, sound and seashore vistas. One king master is a family-suite, featuring a daybed with trundle. The top-level offers a king master-suite with TV, walk-in closet and huge private bath with dual vanity and walk-in and linen closets. The bright and roomy great room astounds with high, vaulted ceilings, wood floor and shining blue ocean vistas through windows that surround the room. The 75" HD Intelligent LED TV with BluRay player and sound system is mounted above the mantle with seating area for casual conversation. Tasty meals are prepared in the adjacent well-appointed gourmet kitchen, featuring stainless-steel appliances and bespoke cabinetry. The gas range and constructed-in wall oven and microwave will please any chef. A breakfast bar seats six. The two enormous dining tables offer seating for 15 and are located to maximize the handsome multi-faceted view. The screened-in porch to the south makes outdoor dining a breeze! After dinner, hop into the hot tub on the top deck and appreciate the view as the sun sets and the sky turns from blue to purple and then, orange, and the stars emerge. Take a dip in the shining private swimming pool with an inset kiddie pool and connecting waterfall. Gather around the poolside Tiki-bar for ultimate relaxation.
