OCEANSIDE Waves - Sea Vista Court This enchanting home, located on the lake in fresh “St. Waves”, is just a short walk to the beach. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the solitude this home offers. Step up to the first level furnished deck overlooking the private pool, seven-person hot tub and the lake. On this level are two queen master bedrooms, each with TVs and sliders to the back deck. Two more bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of bunk beds, and one with a double bed, share a full bath. Also on this level is a game room with foosball table, refrigerator, TV and couch. On the top level of the home you'll find the huge great room with vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of seating around the entertainment center which features a TV/DVD and stereo/CD player. Off of the living area is the screened porch where you can savor a cool drink with a view. The chef of the group will enjoy the bright, well-designed and equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. The dining area with slider to the front upper deck offers vistas of the dramatic OBX sunsets. Rounding out the top level is a king bedroom with semi-private bath, TV/DVD and slider to the back deck. There's no fiddling around here, just great vacation fun!

- Summer is high season in Waves. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
