OCEANSIDE Waves - Sea Vista Court This pretty home, located on the lake in modren “St. Waves”, is just a short walk to the beach. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the solitude this home offers. Step up to the first level furnished deck overlooking the private pool, seven-person hot tub and the lake. On this level are two queen master bedrooms, each with TVs and sliders to the back deck. Two more bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of bunk beds, and one with a double bed, share a full bath. Also on this level is a game room with foosball table, refrigerator, TV and couch. On the top level of the home you'll find the enormous great room with vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of seating around the entertainment center which features a TV/DVD and stereo/CD player. Off of the living area is the screened porch where you can savor a cool drink with a view. The chef of the group will enjoy the bright, well-designed and equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. The dining area with slider to the front upper deck offers vistas of the dramatic OBX sunsets. Rounding out the top level is a king bedroom with semi-private bath, TV/DVD and slider to the back deck. There's no fiddling around here, just great vacation fun!

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
