OCEANSIDE Waves - Sea Vista Court This striking home, located on the lake in modren “St. Waves”, is just a short walk to the beach. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the solitude this home offers. Step up to the first level furnished deck overlooking the private pool, seven-person hot tub and the lake. On this level are two queen master bedrooms, each with TVs and sliders to the back deck. Two more bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of bunk beds, and one with a double bed, share a full bath. Also on this level is a game room with foosball table, refrigerator, TV and couch. On the top level of the home you'll find the enormous great room with vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of seating around the entertainment center which features a TV/DVD and stereo/CD player. Off of the living area is the screened porch where you can savor a cool drink with a view. The chef of the group will enjoy the bright, well-designed and equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. The dining area with slider to the front upper deck offers vistas of the dramatic OBX sunsets. Rounding out the top level is a king bedroom with semi-private bath, TV/DVD and slider to the back deck. There's no fiddling around here, just great vacation fun!

- Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Hatteras vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
