The top level great room features vaulted ceilings and exposed Juniper details, and tons of windows displaying the view of the ocean across the street. Sink into the comfortable couches at the end of the day and savor a show on the enormous screen TV. The kitchen is especially welcoming with its cavernous layout, granite countertops and modern appliances. The breakfast bar seats four stools along side the dining table suited for 8. Sliders take you out onto the top deck with modren polywood Adirondack and dolphin watch chairs. Pick up some fresh seafood from a local market, steam it up and appreciate your feast on the picnic table in the broad screened porch overlooking the pool.
When it’s time to retire in the evening, choose from 5 well-appointed bedrooms. The top level king master suite has soaring vaulted ceilings and a private bath with dual vanity. The first-level king master suite is just as roomy with private master bath. The queen master bedroom provides a private bath with walk-in shower. The second queen bedroom and the bunk bedroom share a hallway bath. A den on this level also provides an escape for the kids with a Intelligent TV and games.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

About the Area
Located in Salvo, this vacation home is on the beach. Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
